Maid Brigade came out to clean my home and was thrilled at how quickly and efficiently the girls worked through my home to get it sparkling! Hard water rings in my toilet and sinks were gone!!! My floors, furniture and fixtures shined. John, the owner, made me feel at ease with having their team clean my home (I had a bad experience with a previous cleaning company). Since my initial visit, I have had them out regularly. What a pleasure! I have enjoyed the benefit of their high standards and excellent follow-up. This company communicates well with me; from the maids who may ask me for clarification on a special cleaning request to make sure my expectations are met, to the owner, who has demonstrated absolute professionalism and honesty in informing me of a small ceramic vase that fell into the sink and cracked (which he happily resolved to my satisfaction). It?s a pleasure dealing with everyone in this company and if there is ever a question, concern or comment, I know I can trust this company to handle things with the utmost professionalism with their emphasis on customer service. They charge a fair price for an excellent service. If you?re looking for a cleaning company you can trust and has a great team of people to get the job done, Maid Brigade is the company you?re looking for!
