Review content:
I was a regular customer here for 2 years until they decided that I was not valuable. I will save you a long story, but the bottom line is that an item that was on hold for me was put on hold for another customer without notifying me, after I had been waiting for over 2 months for this item. This after I had always purchased any item that was held for me, and often did not pick it up exactly when I said I would, and never before was my item just offered to someone else.
Cons: lack of customer care & respect
