I really can't say enough about the wonderful experience that I had working with Leisure Time Decks. From my initial call through every interaction I have had with them. They had been patient, understanding, attentive, thorough and truly a joy to work with. I have been planning on building a deck for five years and had extremely high expectations and a tight budget. I got estimates from 10 different companies before I made my decision and couldn't be happier that I choose LTD. I pride myself in trying to save money at every turn, so usually I will try to find a low cost solution for all my needs, but this was a time I was compelled to pay a little bit more, because I was impressed with their approach to the estimate process. They called me out of the blue one day to see if I wanted to stop by to see a project they were working on, they sent me a 3D rendering of the deck, they called me back in a timely manner and never pressured me in any way. And for all that, the weren't the lowest estimate, but hey surely weren't the highest either. I choose them because they seemed committed to going beyond code, and wanted to do the best job possible. They used 2 X 10?s instead of 2 X8?s like everybody else, the used 6 X 6?s instead of 4 X 4?s for the posts, they used a really beautiful rail system instead of the standard. They came on time. Finished the job at the speed of lightening and came back to fix any issues I perceived (large and small). Their crew is fast, clean, friendly and they take great pride in doing a job right. The quality of their work is exceptional and I know that I added a ton of value to my home by choosing the right company. They finished precisely on budget and did everything they said they would and so much more! Thank you John, Joel and your whole team! You guys did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I often times laugh because I know I can be a pain as a client. I want everything perfect, but don't want to spend any money. Most contractors will look at me like I am crazy or explain that I can't have it all. John and Joel, did the exact opposite, they made me feel like my suggestions were good suggestions they listened, they gave sound explanations of what they were doing and they did exactly what they said they would time and time again. Pros: Excellent workmanship, exemplary follow through, fair price
