Review content:
Clean gym with good equipment a little crowded after 5pm the downside the trainers & management staff. I joined last year as I needed to lose 30 pounds. I purchased a 48 pack training. Personal training at this location is a BIG WASTE OF MONEY. I had to call several times before they found a trainer willing to work mornings. The trainers were the worst. My first one never returned the calls to set up my initial meeting. Training manager assigned a 2nd trainer who used his phone throughout the entire session. When trainer 2 wasn?t on the phone he was confiding in me how bad off he was. Third trainer was a bully and completely rude. I spent seven month with empty promises from management. I switched to equinox 85th what a difference within a month I dropped a full dress size and am close to my goals. Now that I had a chance to experience real training at 85th -I feel ripped off by 44th. I complained several times and they have not refunded or offered to compensate me for the 3600+ I wasted with their poorly trained staff.
Pros: clean, good equipment
Cons: trainers, closed sundays, busy at rush hour
