I was looking for their phone number to follow up to see if my reports were ready. I was surprised when I saw all the negative reviews. I've had to use Arcadia two times in the past 5 years. 5 years ago for an Open MRI and last week for an MRI and CT Scan. My appointments were always on time, and lasted just as long as they said they would. The technician (the guy with the pony tail) is awesome. He is very kind and easy going. In fact the first time I had a panic attack during the MRI. He stopped the procedure told me to get xanax from my doc and reschedule. He was so nice about it-it made the second time that much easier. I would say the staff was always friendly. The only complaint I would have is this time my CT scan was with contrast. The young man brought out the stuff to drink and just handed it to me and walked away. Didn't tell me what it was or anything. I knew what it was, but if someone didn't that could be a little uncomfortable.
