Review content:
This place does okay cuts etc. but the minute you have a problem - beware!! I have been here a few times before but recently my appointment was messed up. I called to straighten things out but the manager was really rude. I asked to speak to her boss - John- but she refused. I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience - check the other reviews on here.
They really don't seem to care. It's that typical thing with salons where they're in their own little bubble and don't see the bigger world around them. it's a shame - when you go in there they only ever have 2 or 3 chairs filled and it's such a big place. I don't know how hey manage to stay in business.

ernestieb I have reported you to Citysearch for abuse.
How can you make such accusations? You're basically saying this didn't happen - well it did. If you are a real customer you obviously have no idea how they deal with things when they go wrong, like when they keep people waiting and then are ruse when you try to complain. And I'm not the only one! Check the reviews from last year.
This site is for people to share THEIR experience, not for others to say it didn't happen.
