I strongly disagree with what this lady has to say. I've been a client of Tommy's for over 6yrs. & I only had a problem with my appt. once. Allison was my savior that day & she came to my rescue. She made sure I was able to get in & out with Tommy (considering he's always completely booked) & made me feel so at ease as to not worry about being late for my function. She was right, I made it to my dinner on-time and I looked fabulous! I have NEVER seen any kind of behavior like what this person is describing. In my opinion it looks like shoegal & leighlou are the same person just trying to make them look bad, however I will continue to refer all my friends & family to this salon. They have not let me down!
