I came to NYC in 1998, and really wanted to get into BSA's. I randomly found Hugh's shop as I lived in the Lower East Side. I didn't know squat, but I wasn't an ass, and thinking back on it now I'm cheered by how well Hugh treated me and my new-found interest. I bought my first bike from him, a 1969 BSA Lightning 650. He suffered some of my dumb ass's first stops and starts as I figured the bike out (he never lost his patience with me), and now I live in North Carolina and have collected about 20 BSA's. I think fondly of my first interactions over there with Hugh and the folks he had with him, though I haven't seen him or the shop since probably 2002. I wish him all the best, and hope it is obvious how far the bad reviewer's head is up his own ass. That guy should just buy a Nighthawk on Craigslist and save us all the pain of his existence. Pros: straightforward dealing Cons: not for nimrods
