First of all Happy Hour and No Server. Asked the Bartender who immediately had an attitude about service and we were told to wait someone would eventually get our order?? Ordered the Philly Wrap which is generally delicious before the new ownership. Now nothing but a grease laden mess. There was so much grease oozing out of my wrap that I could not even eat it. I advised the server that I could not eat it. Well we never saw her again. Saddest part of this is that there were only two other patrons in the whole dining area. We were presented with a bill, not asked how everything was or if we desired anything else, so much for upselling. Imagine my suprise when the philly wrap was still on the bill. I headed to the bar to ask for a manager and was told that had I wanted it taken off I should have asked. I tried to explain myself when I was then told to ""Stop Yelling and Get Out Of My Face"" by the bartender. No manager to be seen. I explained to the bartender that I was not yelling and that I would like to speak with a manager, again I was told to ""GET OUT OF MY FACE"". I am in customer service myself and I have to admit I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. I will never ever go back to the Wooster Tavern and Will Share This Experience with Anyone Who Will Listen.
