This is the Best New York City Bartending School!!!!!! Daniel and Diego are absolutely amazing. I have learned SO much it is unreal. The techniques they use are above and beyond helpful. All I order when I go out are Jack and Cokes, Redbull and Vodka, and Amaretto Sours. Now when I go out, I order drinks that get other bartenders nervous. Both gentlemen spend so much time making sure everyone in the class is on the same page so that not one person is left behind or confused. I could rave and rant about them both for hours. They make it so much fun to learn and I look forward to all my classes. I am taking my test on friday and I (almost) wish I can delay the process. I will definitely be coming back to keep practicing and improve my skills and learn new drinks. I guest bartended at La Gloria on Tuesday and the bartending experience was epic. The fact that they both took their time showing us how things work, the POS system, importance of cleanliness, drink names, what each bottle looks like, speed, focus, control, etc....so exciting! Anyway, I just wanted you to know how awesome your two Bartending instructors are. It is hard to find good instructors and you have two bottles of Louis XIII. Thanks so much! Best New York Bartending School
