About a year ago, I visited several centers in the area in search of a school that would suit my needs. I attended a free trial class here and was immediately hooked. Since then, I have been in the best mental and physical shape of my life. Master Jerry Ingle truly cares about his students excelling and takes training to the most advanced level. The other instructors are also fantastic; they instill everyone with honor, respect, sincerity, effort, and discipline. The self-defense techniques have helped me become a more confident and focused person. The classes are invigorating, stress-relieving, and offered at times that can fit into my busy schedule. I am beyond pleased with this school and I highly recommend it to everyone.
