We have been renting from Jim Bern Company for over 5 years and they ALWAYS come if you have a problem.Larry worked so hard and was always kind. If anyone lives at the Townhouses on Mohawk then I would hope that you appreciate the way that the walkways are shoveled and salted-the fellow that I see that does that does an awesome job. No place is perfect and I am not saying that other renters complains are not justified all I am saying is that for the most part Jim Bern Company is good-in my opinion. TAKE A TOUR-TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS AND THEN JUDGE FOR YOURSELF
