My family had this contractor do some work for our business, basically remodeling. The owner of Gem Builders was a complete idiot when it came to helping us out. They ripped us off on 25,000 dollars of work that they never did. When they did our roof on the building they left it saggy and when we told them about it they said that it they couldn't fix it unless we gave them money to do it, which we already did. We ended up having to go to drastic measures to get our work done, but when we finished it the owner told us that we still owed him money. When we looked at what he was asking the money for we realized that it was work that we did ourselves and that he was just trying to rip us off. My family ended up giving him the money just ot get rid of him. The man who owns this company is someone who has no morals, no respect, and no soul. I would recommend not to use this comapny.
Pros: They were normally on time, but thats it
Cons: Over priced, poor work quality, no respect, and slow working time
