There are better places out there!
I felt like my business was unappreciated. The stylists there act stuck up and they were really rude. I will NEVER go back.
From reading the reviews it seems friends are making the comments about how well they were taking care of.
I was a walk in. A short, skinny, dark haired older woman did my hair. She was not friendly or warm to me. She talked to her staff and to other clients but not to me. I have never felt more uncomfortable or unwelcome at a salon. Especially, a salon which is pretending to be high end.
If you are looking for a salon which does good hair this is the place. If you are looking for a salon which does good hair and acts like they appreciate your business go somewhere else. If you don't have a prior relationship with these people they don't care about you. I felt as if they had to put up with me.
They are a small salon with a huge attitude; I can't beleive anyone in the service industry would treat clients they don't know so badly. I am looking for a salon that has a mix of great talent and have actual knowledge of customer service. It really did seem that you have to be a personal friend to be treated like you matter. It was the worst experience in customer service. They should be ashamed. A fake smile does not equal good customer service. I saw the dark haired stylist chit chat/ chit chat with one woman then when she did my hair...dead silence. For weeks, I wondered what was wrong with me. Then I realized WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER. Trust me folks, there are salons that do just as good of a job.
