My husband and I were looking to re-set my wedding ring and band. Bailey's was the first store we went into. We were greeted right away by Nancy, and shown to their beautiful collection. After looking at about 15 rings/mounts I fell in love with a new mount. I wasn't 100% about it yet, and Nancy not only understood but offered other options. Since this was the first store we had looked at, we left. We went to 5 other stores at the mall, and were so disapointed. Even the so called ""nice"" shops were rude and the quality of rings were sub-standard compared to Bailey's. Needless to say, we will be buying from Bailey's from now on. Their quality and service was the best I'd had at a jewelry store to date. Go and see them, and ask for Nancy, she was AMAZING!
