Review content:
I had a bad experience in Friendlys on Washington Ave. The service was not good we waited at our table for a while before having to ask an employee where our waitor was. I even saw someone get up and leave because noone had come to them. They dont have a lot of help. There was one person behind the counter taking ice cream orders while everyone else was behind the counter eating or on their cellphones. There were less people actually doing their job. I also noticed the lack of menus in the restaurant. When a big rush came in we were told that all the menus were out and we waited patiently until the hostess could grab one from a table as soon as the table was done. I would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone.
