Review content:
Everyone messes up from time to time. Good businesses take responsibility for their mistakes. We had been regular customers of Colorado Lace for two years. Recently, they destroyed a blouse. Instead of offering a reasonable solution to a regular customer, they accused us of intentionally burning the blouse then ""sneaking"" it in to be dry cleaned! It wasn't an expensive garment, but it is safe to say that we won't be back.
