Corry Clinton, from Albracht's One Hour Heating and Air referred Ductworks to me. Since I liked everything Albracht's did for me, I decided that I couldn't go wrong trying out Ductworks. However, until I actually have someone in my house I am always skeptical.
An absolutely dear man from Ductworks came in and was polite, nice, considerate, thoughtful, and cleaned up after himself. He spent most of the day here. I had never had this done before, in 26 years of living here, and I didn't know what to expect.
I have a tendency to watch the work if it is something I have never seen before, because I am curious, so I asked if it would be alright if I watched him. He said that I could definitely watch the process. He went over and took off each one to clean it and was so meticulous. He was such a perfectionist and so friendly. He had a mirror, and he would ask if I wanted to look. He had me look before and after the cleaning process.
I am so glad that we had Ductworks come, because I don't think other people take the same amount of time Ductworks spent with me. I have seen other duct cleaning companies at my neighbors, and they are just in and out. Ductworks is worth every penny I paid, plus some.
Later we decided to have them clean out our dryer vent, we have a gas dryer, and I asked for the guy who came out initially. For some reason he was not able to come out, so they send someone else. Sometimes you get one technician who is great, but what about the other ones? The technician who came apologized, and I said it was fine. He was so nice as well.
He was just as good as the first person. He showed me what it looked like to begin with, and then he took pictures of the process. He showed me the pictures and also emailed them to me. He was just very nice and professional. They had worked me in between customers because dealing with a dryer doesn't take very long.
I like things being done professionally and the right way the first time. I don't like multiple visits to fix the same thing. I am always polite to contractors, but if I don't like what they do, I won't ask them back. I have fired contractors in the middle of jobs before. In this case there wasn't anything I would change. I am nothing short of 100% satisfied with them. If I every needed ventilation services again I would call them.
