Jesse, our Ductworks technician, noted water had leaked into an air return in the dining room in our rental house. He went to the basement, turned off the water to the refrigerator, and took the time to call us and leave a detailed message regarding the issue after he had cleaned up the water in the air return. This was crucial as the house was vacant and we live an hour away. Damage to our newly-refinished hardwood floor was minimal and I was able to repair the problem prior to new tenants moving in. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond service Jesse performed and will certainly recommend Ductworks to my friends in their service areas!
