We hired Ductworks through a reference from Builders Heating prior to replacing the furnace in our 25 year-old house. Although they were fully booked for the week we needed to do the work, they called us immediately when a cancellation occurrred and were ready to go first thing the next morning. The next day their technician arrived promplty at the scheuled time (no waiting in a pre-arranged time window) and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly, spending four full hours to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. this included providing before and after photos showing the results. I will hire Ductworks again and would recommend them without reservation.
