Our daughter's hamster came up missing, and it didn't take long for us to realize it expired in the ducts somewhere. PEW! We were lucky enough to call when there was a cancellation and got same-day service. Dean was incredible! He is the hardest working guy - from 8 to almost 6 with barely a break. He searched every inch of the system and had to take apart the furnace to find the body. He was dedicated and dillegent and never once complained about the smell. Oh and by the way, the ducts are super clean! Thanks Dean - to us you are a superhero!
