Pro's
- Marcio was friendly and respectful. Most interactions with Ductworks over the phone were personable and professional. Gave $35 discount to make up for being late, I didn't ask for it but it was a nice gesture I appreciated the sentiment.
- Marcio was quick, clean, trustworthy, helpful. Great work!
Con's
- When I called other places to schedule they were available within a few days...Ductworks was booked and I had to wait 3 weeks to get the job done. Not a big deal, and this may speak to their popularity, but still a little annoying.
- Whomever took my address when I scheduled wrote it wrong, causing the work to get started 30 minutes late. Again, not a huge deal just inconvenient and pushed my busy morning back. Would be nice if they confirmed address when confirming the appointment or if they got accurate directions prior to leaving.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would use Ductworks again, would recommend them to others. Thanks!
