Kyle did a great job. He was very courteous, professional, prompt and left the house clean. As it turned out when time came for the furnace to come on it would not. This was about 10PM when we discovered this. I called Ductworks and actually got an answer at that time of night and not a recording. I was given many options to deal with the issue and never accused or even suggested that it was something I did nor did they expect me to handle the issue. Long story short it turned out to be a loose wire which I was able to fix. I was amazed at the service and choices I was given to deal with the issue. Service of this nature is extremely rare and appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Ductworks again. Kyle and Eddie - GREAT JOB, THANK YOU!!
