Extremely satisfied with the final results. The Duck Works technician that came to my house was very professional and easy to work with. He fully explained what he would be doing, what to expect,and how long it would take to complete the work. I saw several of the vents and furnace before and after cleaning. I was amazed how spotless and clean they were. After seeing what was in the ducts I realized what awful air my family was breathing when the furnace and air conditioning was running. What also shocked me was all the leftover materials the home builder left in the ducts. Glad to have all of that debris out of the ducks. Now feels like the air ducts had a thorough house cleaning.
