I own several properties that Ultimate manages, I cancelled management for one of the properties, because I sold it When my properties were rented I either received a phone call or a letter in the mail advising me it rented and the amount it rented for, length of the lease! To cancel management on my property,The MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT explains the terms and whats expected of me, so I WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE 7% cancellation fee! The paperwork explains everything YOU JUST HAVE TO READ IT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!
