Review content:
My boyfriend and I stumbled on Riposo before heading to a show on a Fri night after work. What a great find, a hidden gem. I've been telling all my friends about this place. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It is extremely small with only 4 or so high tables, but we were automatically drawn to the bar - it is one of those places where you'd like to go w/ your significant other to just sit at the bar, drink wine, relax, catch up, and enjoy some light, but delicious food. We ordered warm marinated olives to start which came with delicious pieces of garlic baguette pieces, and then an order of crispy asparagus wrapped in procuitto. Then we split a flatbread - procuitto, parmesan, arguala, lightly covered with oil and lemon and garlic, SO delicious. Other people around us were enjoying wine with cheese platters and other flatbreads, etc. Simply put - it is nice lite fair to enjoy some wine and the company you are with, it is all you can ask for when you want a low-key Friday evening right after work. Can't wait to go back!
