Delicious. Great presentation, great service, great cocktails, great food. They use really fresh ingredients in the drinks and the food - and they have Hair of the Dog Blue Dot on tap. While it is pricey, I paid for more than the food - the ambiance is fantastic - nice outdoor seating, they let you relax and enjoy your cocktails and spend 3 hours there, dabbling away at your food. However, the crepe in particular is not worth 10$ due to its small size. The entrees are bigger, and the fromage plate and pommes frites appetizers are particularily delcious. Try the mojito. mmmm. Can't testify to the complaints about dry meat - I'm a vegetarian. Lots of options for us veggies. And - it's unique in a city FULL of restaurants. No pretension here though. I LOVE food, I LOVE good food, and I LOVE the Everett St. Bistro. Pros: Vegetarian food, specialty food Cons: price (go here for celebrations)
