I was referred to this salon by a friend and after reading reviews I decided to try them. I was expecting my experience to be completely different than all of the other salons I have visited. Well Brilli is no different than the rest. My appointment did begin on time which is a rare thing in salons but it ended as quickly as it started. My stylist did not listen to what I wanted and I ended up with terrrible a terrible color!! The cut was not bad, it was shorter than what I wanted but again it was because she did not listen to me. She had a bit of an attitude and at the end of my visit tried to sell me a ton of products. I was not impressed at all and my search for an exceptional salon continues.
Pros: Whole Foods!!
Cons: Attitude, Not worth the money, Horrible color!!!!!
