Review content:
I went to Brilli for the first time last week for a cut, highlight and gloss. My color looks fantastic, but Pamela took off far more hair--like three inches-- than I asked for. It looks fine, but is not at all what I asked for. On top of that, she tried to sell me everything in the store! Seriously, I am already spending an obscene amount of money on my hair, I am not going to buy shampoo, conditioner, product and a blowdryer(!) as well. Regardless of the too short hair cut, I may have gone back but for the constant up-selling. It was obnoxious. Ironically, I did need some product but refused to buy it from her because she was so pushy.
Pros: great color
Cons: didn't listen to me, tried to sell anything and everything she could think of
