Review content:
We had our carpets cleaned for the first time in 3 years, and they look wonderful!!! We didn't have high hopes given it had been so long. Jose and Fernando were extremely polite and professional, and worked hard. It turned out to be a 4 hour job and they worked the whole time. We added furniture to the list of things to be cleaned, and they didn't have any problem with it. Our carpets looked brand new after they were done--I truly haven't had such a good result before. I also appreciated they were dry right away. I wanted organic cleaning, because of my infant son. The only problem is the odor of the dry powder was very, very caustic. It made me cough and my eyes burn. I had to leave the house with my son, and my husband stayed behind and sat outside. That being said, I still would hire them again. I would just make arrangements to not be in the house. We also vaccuumed one more time after they left, just to get more of the powder out, which helped tremendously. Overall a truly wonderful result, just would have liked to be prepared for the odor.
Pros: professional and courteous, on time, excellent result
Cons: extremely caustic odor
