Businiess name:  Cocos Cleaners

Review content:
I am new to the area and took my dry cleaning to Coco's. I found her prices to be VERY expensive compared to other Chicago neighborhood cleaners. I used to take my clothes to a dry cleaner in Lincoln Park that was much cheaper. When I told Coco about her expensive prices she told me that Thursday is ladies day (30% off...There is a Ladies Day sign posted to her window.). I took my cleaning on Thursday and she would not honor her promotion because I did not have three items. This caveat was not noted on her sign. When I mentioned that this was the second time I've had a problem and that I would not be returning she simply said, ""I have enough customers and I do not need your business.""
