My son and I traded 2 games in rockband 2 and Halo reach. They gave him 20.00 store credit for the two games. He wanted a certain game they didn't have that day so he didn't use the credit. This was in March so today he wanted to get a map and went back into the store and they said they had no record of the trade in. They said they would have given us a card for the credit but they didn't. we had traded games before at a store in ellicott city and they pulled up credit by our name and phone number so now we are out of the games and no credit. The manager didn't get his name but he is bald and short. He is very unprofessional and the way he spoke blew my mind. I let him know that my son and I will not frequent that store ever again. He called me a liar like I was trying to steal 20.00 worth of store credit that was an insult to me. We have a reservation for gears of war 3 at that store but we will not get it from that Game stop BEWARE THEY STEAL FROM KIDS.
