This was the worst expericne with renting I've ever had. They rented me a house advertised with a fireplace, and the fireplace did not work. They refused to fix it. The log assembly was sitting in a pile in the garage for me to clean up. The house was dirty at move-in, and they had the nerve to charge me cleaning fees at move-out! They have sent me a ""final bill"" in email and postal mail. The bills do not match at all and I've been fighting with them about getting the charges right for a month! I explained the math out there for them plain as day and they stick to their guns with NO leg to stand on. You never get to talk to the same person when you call with questions and each person has a different story for you. I will NEVER rent from them again and wouldn't wish that headache on anyone that I care about. If you come across an Elder Broach property, run away!
Cons: They have no clue what they are doing. They will get every penny they can from you.
