Hello, I am presently an employee of Infinite employment and have been placed in a factory for over 5 months. I am still making 7.40 an hour working third shift . I was told that my pay would increase but it was a lie. People are treated badly by the owner of this company and noone knows who is who when you call. Carin, is the worst person to deal with! She confuses everyone, doesn't follow up on anything and changes her story to her boss a hundred times????They don't clarify things, they give you a hard time with any issues that you may need addressed and they are constantly making mistakes with my pay check. I feel that it is done on purpose by now cause maybe the owner is in financial trouble. The people they hire for their jobs have criminal records and we are forced to work in hostlie environments because of the owner being desperate to make money. I have kids to support and dont have a choice but to work for them for now, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off applying to a fast food place or a store because there is no advancement with this company.
