I lived in the south for a few years and loved the Cajun food. I grew up eating crawl fish and very spicy food. The crawl fish ?touff?e at this place is just do die for! It is very flavorful, homey, and has very generous portion (even for the lunch portion!) My friends loved the bread used in the sandwich too. It's way better than the Cajun food down the street. My only complain is that they only serve Beignets on Sunday. I wish they can serve it everyday!!!
