I have a dog and a cat that I take to FCVC. The first time I went to the clinic they worked me in that day. I love that they do not turn anyone away. At the same time that I was there an emergency was told to 'head right down'. The staff did not miss a beat! They were able to get that pet help and I did not feel like just a number. I had just gotten my dog, she was a puppy, I had not had a dog in years. Dr. Graf and Patty, the CVT, were very helpful and informative. I was given a 'puppy pack' with a free month or heartworm prevention.The staff has always treated me and my pets like we matter. I am also thankful that they offer a military discount! It helps a lot. Dr. Graf is an exquiset doctor and he has a staff to match!
