i don't know why this place has any good reviews at all. are we talking about the same j.ross next to the korean marketplace? I have used this place twice, and I can confidently say that the quality of their service was mediocre at best, but the price was seriously overpriced.
i took my coat here and got it cleaned. i was upset because the price that i was quoted at first, and the price they ended up charging me had a $12 difference. so i took my coat to a different cleaner next time, was only charged half the price from j.ross and my coat came back looking significantly cleaner and newer. bad service for super high prices. I blogged about my bad experience, and got responses from 3 other friends who had similar poor quality yet overpriced service.
