We had the most fantastic time at the Dahlia this last Sunday night. It's all we've talked about since. Paul, the chef, was awesome. Not to mention our waitress. The food was UNREAL!!! The lamb cheeks (loved the dishes they came in), the oysters, that hamachi concoction with the miso, my very first taste of foie gras (by the way, oh my GOD!!! New favorite delicacy), that poke & THAT DUCK, the crabcakes & the short rib. It all was incredible. No... incredible doesn't do justice to how good I felt after that meal. Have you ever felt completely, perfectly satisfied and yet... still wanted just a little more? Just one more bite... one more glass of wine. So happy to be with family & friends Sad that the evening was winding down. THAT was dinner at the Dahlia this last Sunday. What an amazing night. Thanks to everyone. SD Pros: The food, The sevice, The food Cons: parking (dt, duh)
