I'm all for supporting local businesses - which is why I chose to try this place. However, the experience wasn't good. They cut my Maltipoo's hair sooo short she looks like she was shaved (I brush her every day, she was not matted or anything), they just claimed it was a misunderstanding, and said ""it'll grow back in no time"". Another thing, I asked if they would secrete my dogs glands (little dogs need it done) and they said they would. I'm positive they didn't do it (I did). Also they cut one of her nails way too short, it was still bleeding when I picked her up. They knew I wasn't happy with the way she looked and didn't even try to make it better, they didn't offer me a discount, or a discount on a future grooming - NOTHING. On a side note: I think it's weird they have you write the check to the lady's name, and not to the business...who knows! Bottom line, if you take your pet there make sure you write down what you want so they can't claim they misunderstood.
