Review content:
First of all you sign a form which states they have laughing gas, but they don't. Next my son was seen on the word of the receptionist that his grandma would pay the secondary ins. as my ex is responsible according to the divorce papers. I explained i could not pay but they felt my son needed to be seen, and they would bill the grandma by the fax number she gave them. I had no call saying make some sort of payment or your going to collections in 1 week. Just a bill from the collection agency. Great customers service ..I don't think so. She lied to me. Did not try to collect from the grandma according to my ex husband. .. It may have been my resp. but they lied and said bring your son in even though they new I wasnt paying the secondary, since I pay all his other medical bills. Oh well just pulled my daughter out now. I have commercial insurance which makes up for probaby 5 of their medicaid patients before the patient responsibility alone. your lost.
