Review content:
While shopping at Macy's I took my mum here for lunch. I had a sandwich and a side salad which was worth about $3 (there is a point to me telling you that). I ate the salad last and just as I was about to take the last bite I noticed something black on the lettuce leaf. I examined it a little closer and noticed that the black thing had wings... big FLY wings. Yes there was a fly in my salad. I did everything I could not to loose what I had just consumed and took the salad back to the area I had paid for it. I told a guy who was cleaing the salad bar area about my findings, he went and got the manager. Now you would think, if you ran a food business and someone had almost eaten a fly out of a meal you had sold them, you would do everything you could to try and FIX the matter. This woman simply said, 'Oh well we wash all our lettuce very well'. Obviously NOT lady! Oh and then she credited me ( I had to ask) for the $3 salad the fly had appeared in.. might have been a better idea to credit me the while lunch don't ya think?. Rock on Cucina and Co.. Your manager sure is customer focused!
Pros: Got nothing for ya on this one
Cons: Not preparing food properly, flys and insects in the food, a truly terrible manager
