Review content:
Had a dispute with a neighbor on a new condo Gallup had surveyed. Talked to them over the phone and got measurements on a 60 foot stretch of land beside my driveway and I owned between 5 to 11 inches beyond the driveway for the entire 60 foot. But the measurements from the foundation were different and It would have been increased up to 14 to 20 additional inches the entire 60 foot that I owned. They suggested it would be a quick job for them to survey and would take 3 hours for $300.00. It took the crew over 2 hours to find a reference in the street, they said they had to make a best guess and when plotting a separate reference to verify their plot, the numbers didn't match up. So by this time, the crew was in a big rush and changed their equation to match. I was questioning there plot line the entire time, which I was ignored and permanent drill marks were placed at both ends of the 60 foot stretch in the driveway. The marks are now an equal 2 inches that I own for the entire 60 feet. So I lost several inches and was billed $300.00, treated rudely and not given any explanation as to why the marks don't match any of the drawings. So if you need a best guess surveyor and don't mind paying to loose land with no explanations, this is the company for you.
