I was in the April 27th tornado in Cleveland, TN. I went to the shop to pick out my cabinets. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Cabinets were installed. Looked fine. when I moved back in my house. Stain would wipe off and you could see bare wood. Cabinets were not sanded smooth in areas. They also installed my countertops. The top on one side looks like it has major flaws and doesn't look as glossy. Wrong cabinet pull put on drawer on a bank of drawers (the bottom one). Girl that answers phones not very helpful.
