Review content:
This was by far the worst experience of my life. I have never seen a more unprofessional environment. The ""manager"" Reid pranced around the restaurant as if he was 10 years old. The servers had better things to do than serve us; they were all communing in front of the soda machine. If the manager had been doing his job, in a professional manner, his employees would have been working in his presence, rather than having him join them in childish games. The chef's looked as if they hadn?t showered in weeks and the hostess was more concerned with how she looked than how hungry we were. It was a half hour to get seated, and by the time we got service, it was an hour. The waiter proceeded to tell us how unorganized the restaurant was and began to laugh. How is this place still open?
Pros: The bring business to the smaller places in it's shopping center
Cons: Them being in business!
