I?m a fan of high-heeled shoes. I don?t own flat shoes, I swear. But as great as my shoes look on my feet, they do some serious damage too. Foot massages and reflexology massages are my favorite. Gives my feet MUCH needed relief from wearing all my heels and walking on the whole day. My massage therapist says reflexology not only ?revives? the muscles on my feet but certain points on my feet are also connected to my internal organs. I fully trust them because I am well aware that they are licensed.
