The way the Round Grill works is they have a raw buffet along the side where you're allowed to put as much as you can fit into a bowl of pork/chicken/beef/any combination of the three, noodles/rice, vegetables, condiments, and then you have the opportunity to create your own sauce using their recipes and their 6-8 base sauces and spices. When you come to the end of the buffet line, you meet their friendly chefs who take your bowl from you, throw your food onto the 4-foot-circular grill, cook it with giant chopsticks, and then sweep it off with a flourish right back into a clean bowl for your enjoyment. Single-serving lunch is a great deal; all-you-can-eat can be pricey. Excellent idea, flawless execution!
