Boulder Coffee,, what can I say, It's a love hate relatioship. After just moving to Rochester I have been looking for a place that has great chai. After trying a dozen different coffee shops I came across Boulder. The chai is AMAZING, love it can't get enough. and I go there at least twice a week. So here is the hate part of the relationship. The service is so painfully slow! It has become a running joke that maybe we should call ahead to place our order. If I could find a coffee shop that serves the same chai, the same way I would go there.
