Review content:
I went to Blue Dahlia's with a small group of friends recently and we had a great time. We ordered decanters of whites and reds of several varietals and the staff gave us a little background on the different wines we were about to drink. This was a great treat for me since I know nothing about Italian wines and up until that night had only ever tried Chianti and Pinot Grigio as far as Italian wines were concerned. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and relaxing with light background music, but quiet enough to still be able to carry on conversations with everyone around the table. For dinner we had salad and shared platters of Panini, which were the best Panini I've ever tasted. We had about 6 varieties of Panini and each was absolutely incredible. I never made it out to the patio area, but judging by the picture on citysearch it looks like I missed out on something special. I'll make it a point to check out the patio the next time I go, which I'm planning on doing soon with my wife.
