COMPLETELY AGREE WITH FIRST COMMENT. Took pictures with my baby and toddler. Photos were nice but absolutely EXPENSIVE. This truly is a SCAM and a RIPOFF. Not to mention that the owner is UNPROFESSIONAL and has no concious. The owner lead us to believe that all photos would be framed. She kept saying that the people that she goes to for the framing can do anything. She tells you how they can set it up and she rights down the order of the pictures so you are lead to believe that it will be framed. Well it won't. She simply gave us an envelope and had nothing to say about the framing. She just lost her location on Bethel, probably due to lack of business. So she pocketed all the money she was suppose to spend on our framing. But we got burned because she's smart enough not to write anything about framing on the receipt. She says photos will be ready in 3 - 6 weeks but I did not get my photos until 3 months later. She doesn't return phone calls or emails so I was lucky to get her personal number. She closed down her shop and has been working out of her home, so if I didn't have her personal number I never would have received my order. When I finally received my order I was missing many photos. I am still waiting for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! And can you believe she did all of this around the holidays? How can she sleep at night? Would not recommend this photographer to anyone!
