Review content:
Took newborn for photographs. Selected several photos from tiny proofs and paid upfront. VERY EXPENSIVE...especially for digital photography only. Told prints would be ready in six weeks. Thought photographer was sending to lab for printing, AS SHE TOLD US SHE WAS GOING TO. Got prints back, found out baby had frown on face, which wasn't noticeable in TINY proof. Complained. Photographer/Owner extremely rude about my valid complaint. After all, paid (IN ADVANCE) more for the prints than some people pay for rent. Photographer/Owner didn't return phone calls, unless I left angry messages. She's VERY unprofessional. Found out she does in house printing after all...no lab involved, so six week wait was just because she's too ""important"" to be more customer service oriented. Asked for portion of money back, as was going to return one print (it was too late for a gift already)...she reprinted instead (not at my request). She did not give back the money even though she said she was going to. Very unhappy experience for what was supposed to be a tender and happy time. Would highly recommend people not patronize this merchant.
